What These Terms Cover

These rules explain how we provide our services to you. When you ask Kcont Sistemi to work on your security system, you agree to these terms. It helps us all do business correctly and without misunderstandings, just like a proper agreement in any good Italian business.

Our Services

Kcont Sistemi designs, puts in, and looks after video surveillance and security systems. This is for commercial places and offices across Italy. We make sure your system works well to keep your property safe. This includes things like planning the system, installing cameras and alarms, and doing regular checks to keep them running.

Your Part in This

To make sure our work goes smoothly, we need a few things from you. This includes giving us correct information about your property and its needs. You also need to make sure we can access your site to do the work. And, of course, paying for our services on time, as agreed. We're a team, and clear communication makes everything better.

How We Work

We promise to do our work carefully and professionally. Our team will use good quality equipment and follow industry standards here in Italy. We'll stick to the plans we agree on and keep you updated. We aim for security systems that are reliable and do their job, giving you peace of mind.

Payment for Services

We will give you a clear quote for all our services before we start. This quote will show all costs. Payments are due as agreed in your specific service contract. If you have questions about a bill, please talk to us right away. We use the Euro for all transactions, as is standard here in Italy.

Guarantees and Fixing Issues

We stand by our work. If there's a problem with our installation or the equipment we provided (within its guarantee period), we will work to fix it. This doesn't cover damage from accidents, misuse, or changes made by other people. We want your system to last, just like a well-built Roman wall.

Our Responsibility Limit

While we work hard to keep your business safe, no security system can stop every single problem. Kcont Sistemi is not responsible for losses that happen outside of our direct control. For example, we are not responsible for damages that happen if a system fails due to things like power outages, internet problems not caused by us, or acts of nature. Our job is to provide the best possible security setup, not to insure against all possible risks.

Ending Our Agreement

Either you or Kcont Sistemi can end our service agreement. This usually needs a written notice, as explained in your service contract. We would only end a service if there are serious reasons, like repeated non-payment or if we can no longer safely access your property. We always try to resolve any issues first.

Italian Law Applies

These terms and any services we provide are covered by the laws of Italy. If there's ever a disagreement that we can't sort out by talking, it will be handled by the courts in Rome, Italy. This keeps everything clear and local.
